About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support program planning activities including scope definition, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
Track project progress and maintain visibility into risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
Identify delivery risks, operational blockers, and cross-team dependencies and support resolution.
Maintain program documentation including project plans, delivery plans, risk logs, and status reports.
Prepare delivery updates and program status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Support resource planning and capacity tracking across teams.
Assist with budget tracking and financial coordination activities.
Facilitate working sessions including planning meetings, delivery reviews, and cross-team coordination meetings.
Support onsite team events, workshops, and program meetings when needed.
Support operational improvements to strengthen delivery visibility and coordination.
Help improve program workflows, documentation practices, and cross-team collaboration through process and technology innovations.
Act as a primary point of contact and liaison between operational customer staff and Bellese teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of project management experience in technical or software delivery environments.
Experience supporting complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
Experience managing schedules, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams.
Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
A passion to understand, act and succeed.
