About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Developing new business and maintaining sales with key NSP customers
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new accounts
  • Assist in optimizing existing accounts and prospects
  • Meet or exceed sales and profit goals established by senior management
  • Provide direction, advise, and support to team members as required
  • Analyze and understand industry market trends, competition, products, and pricing impacting sales

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in managing and selling to retail accounts
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a sales and/or management capacity or equivalent position
  • Proven track record of sales growth and/or prospecting
  • Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills required
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50%.
