About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and champion the UX vision and strategy for digital platforms
  • Ensure user experience decisions align with business goals, customer needs, and data insights
  • Establish and maintain UX standards, frameworks, and best practices across the organization
  • Advocate for the customer through research, testing, and data-driven decision making
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of UX designers
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and career development for UX team members
  • Help scale UX capabilities, processes, and design systems across the organization
  • Foster collaboration between UX, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Create or guide the creation of wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction designs
  • Contribute directly to complex UX challenges and high-impact projects
  • Facilitate workshops and design reviews to ensure quality and alignment
  • Participate in usability testing, research analysis, and design validation
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality digital experiences
  • Work with analytics and optimization teams to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to enhance the customer journey and conversion performance
  • Communicate UX decisions clearly to stakeholders and executives
  • Use experimentation, analytics, and user research to improve user experience and business outcomes
  • Identify friction points in the customer journey and drive solutions
  • Help implement a culture of test-and-learn and data-driven design decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7-9 years experience in UX design, product design, or digital experience design
  • Required experience leading UX initiatives for large-scale digital products or ecommerce platforms
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor designers
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem solving
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Ability to communicate design concepts and strategy to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Preferred experience working in ecommerce or retail environments
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven design
  • Preferred experience building or maintaining design systems
  • Preferred experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in agile environments
