Orchestrate Belden’s strategy lifecycle from strategic planning through execution to value realization
Lead annual strategy planning process with 3-year rolling outlook, including executive alignment, planning meetings, materials coordination, and messaging
Align on critical metrics and measurement approach to track progress and ROI
Maintain comprehensive view across Belden’s strategic priorities, ensuring governance and prioritization
Monitor execution, track metrics vs. targets, identify adjustments, and drive progress toward strategic outcomes
Deliver executive-level reporting on strategy execution status, risks, and performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Partner with leaders across the globe and with Internal Communications to promote and educate employees on strategy and transformation
