About the role

  • Orchestrate Belden’s strategy lifecycle from strategic planning through execution to value realization
  • Lead annual strategy planning process with 3-year rolling outlook, including executive alignment, planning meetings, materials coordination, and messaging
  • Align on critical metrics and measurement approach to track progress and ROI
  • Maintain comprehensive view across Belden’s strategic priorities, ensuring governance and prioritization
  • Monitor execution, track metrics vs. targets, identify adjustments, and drive progress toward strategic outcomes
  • Deliver executive-level reporting on strategy execution status, risks, and performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Partner with leaders across the globe and with Internal Communications to promote and educate employees on strategy and transformation
  • Report to the VP, Strategy & Transformation
