About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and post-event analysis for all regional events (both internal and external) across APAC.
  • Partner strategically with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product) to ensure brand consistency, compelling design, and unified messaging across all event touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, Partner Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams to optimize lead generation, management, and tracking processes.
  • Proactively define clear success metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each event.
  • Manage and optimize event budgets, overseeing all expenses, vendor negotiations, and payment processes.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with a diverse range of external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a similar relevant field.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in event management, experiential marketing, or a related marketing field, with a significant focus on the APAC region.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional APAC languages are a strong plus).
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end project management, capable of overseeing complex, multi-faceted events simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with a track record of optimizing costs and securing favourable terms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities effectively, and adapt to changing demands.
  • Proficiency with event management software, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
  • A deep understanding of APAC market nuances, cultural sensitivities, and regional business practices in event execution.
