About the role

  • Active role in our Finance team – contribute to meaningful finance initiatives and cross-functional projects, combining hands-on analysis with exposure to global operations and senior stakeholders.
  • Rotations across different Belden brands, locations, and technologies.
  • Deepen your understanding of our systems, develop your business acumen, and build your functional, commercial, and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business administration with a major in Finance, Strategy, Controlling, Accounting or similar
  • At least two relevant internships or a maximum of two years of work experience
  • Fluent in English; basic level of Dutch and/or German, further languages are advantageous
  • Willing to relocate for at least one rotation and travel across Europe.
