About the role
- Apply accurate costs and pricing guidelines, escalating issues promptly to pricing strategy team
- Be responsive to customer needs and delivery of quotes
- Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering to offer a mutually equitable solution
- Conduct system analysis of both customer and product margins in support of the corporate margin guidelines
- Help in the development and improvement of analytical and pricing tools required to evaluate customer, product sales and margins
Requirements
- Associates Degree
- Technical Diploma or 2 or more years of relevant technical experience
- Customer Service experience preferred
