About the role

  • Own and administer testing tools (e.g., Azure DevOps); drive adoption, training, and enhancements.
  • Lead QA workstreams across all phases—planning, execution, reporting, and risk management.
  • Manage Test Analysts and ensure timely, standards-based test script delivery and execution.
  • Enforce testing standards and identify process improvements for continuous optimization.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support status, KPI, and program-level reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with intake, change, and governance processes; maintain audit-ready records.
  • Work closely with PMO & Workstream Leads and plan deployment for roll-outs.
  • Create detailed cutover checklists plans incorporating both technical and operational tasks.
  • Develop communication plans, rollback plan, escalation procedures, and downtime minimization processes.
  • Lead cutover/deployment activities and key deployment deliverables for Pre-Go-Live, Go-Live, and Post Go-Live phases.
  • Collaborate with project leads, stakeholders, and leadership to align global testing efforts.
  • Oversee defect management across all test phases.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally across all formats; develop structured documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in ERP projects.
  • Experience on SAP S/4HANA migration or upgrade projects is required.
  • 5+ years in a Testing Lead or related role overseeing test cycles for large-scale business change initiatives (SAP S4 HANA, Oracle, Cloud)
  • 2+ years with deployment & cutover planning.
  • Clear understanding of cutover phases for ERP projects.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management processes, project management life cycle and risk assessment processes.
  • Experience with Tricentis Tosca and LiveCompare is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
