About the role
- Own and administer testing tools (e.g., Azure DevOps); drive adoption, training, and enhancements.
- Lead QA workstreams across all phases—planning, execution, reporting, and risk management.
- Manage Test Analysts and ensure timely, standards-based test script delivery and execution.
- Enforce testing standards and identify process improvements for continuous optimization.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support status, KPI, and program-level reporting.
- Ensure compliance with intake, change, and governance processes; maintain audit-ready records.
- Work closely with PMO & Workstream Leads and plan deployment for roll-outs.
- Create detailed cutover checklists plans incorporating both technical and operational tasks.
- Develop communication plans, rollback plan, escalation procedures, and downtime minimization processes.
- Lead cutover/deployment activities and key deployment deliverables for Pre-Go-Live, Go-Live, and Post Go-Live phases.
- Collaborate with project leads, stakeholders, and leadership to align global testing efforts.
- Oversee defect management across all test phases.
- Communicate clearly and professionally across all formats; develop structured documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in ERP projects.
- Experience on SAP S/4HANA migration or upgrade projects is required.
- 5+ years in a Testing Lead or related role overseeing test cycles for large-scale business change initiatives (SAP S4 HANA, Oracle, Cloud)
- 2+ years with deployment & cutover planning.
- Clear understanding of cutover phases for ERP projects.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management processes, project management life cycle and risk assessment processes.
- Experience with Tricentis Tosca and LiveCompare is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
