About the role
- Complete month-end close tasks, prepare financial reports, and maintain account reconciliations
- Process weekly payroll and provide payroll analysis when needed
- Prepare standard journal entries and support financial accuracy through variance analysis
- Assist with internal and external audits, including preparing required documentation
- Contribute to internal controls and compliance with accounting standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, including month-end close, reconciliations, and payroll processing
- Knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to work with the accounting team and cross-functional partners.
