About the role
- Lead the Belden Broadband Solutions Sales organization to drive profitable growth
- Ownership of sales targets and accountability for achieving them
- Develop high-performance sales organization for growth in existing and new accounts
- Execute Commercial Plans to meet organizational strategic goals
- Build relationships with Customers and Channel partners
- Drive business development activities and identify new market opportunities
- Coach account teams and coordinate new product introductions
- Communicate vision and goals to ensure clarity of mission
Requirements
- Educated to degree-level in Business (administration, economics), Marketing or relevant Engineering subject
- Proven track record within a sales leadership role
- Experience in developing strategic sales growth plans
- Experience leading teams in B2B organization
- Ability to operate in a matrixed environment
- Experience in assessing sales team performance
- Strong technical affinity in Broadband Solutions Platform
