About the role

  • The Channel Account Manager - System Integrators Europe (CAM-SI) plays a crucial role in managing and developing relationships with system integrators within the company's channel partner ecosystem. The CAM-SI is responsible for driving revenue growththrough strategic collaboration, partner enablement, and joint business planning with system integrators. This role involves understanding partner needs, advocating for partner interests internally, and ensuring alignment between partner capabilities andcompany objectives. Additionally, the CAM-SI is responsible for leveraging existing customer bases of our partners to identify revenue-generating opportunities within their end-customers. You'll make an impact in the following way: General: Ownership for a defined set of sales targets aligned to the responsibilities of the role, taking accountability for meeting and exceeding these targets over a sustained period Manage through systems. Accountable for executing against specific Initiative Action Plans to achieve the desired business results. Professionally manage against those goals and expectations Build working relationships with sales colleagues. Synchronize with Distribution colleagues because projects require Channel Partners as their fulfilment method. Partner Engagement: Collaborate closely with Strategic, Land & Expand and Protect & Defend partners to uncover revenue opportunities within their customer base. Conduct regular meetings and reviews with partners to understand their business objectives, challenges and customer need as well to follow up on their opportunities. Generate regular reports and dashboards to track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. Participating in trade fairs and sales partner events. Ensuring the further development of sales partners BELDEN. Maintaining partner data in the CRM. Opportunity Identification and Conversion: Workproactively with partners to identify potential revenue opportunities within their end-customer Develop and execute strategies to convert identified opportunities into revenue-generating deals, leveraging partner relationships and vendor resources.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree level in Business (administration, economics) Marketing or Engineering, or possess a track record in professional career with significant commercial accountability Experience: 3+ years of experience in channel/partner management, business development, or sales within the technology industry Knowledge of multi-level sales models (distributor - sales partner) Strategic mindset: ability to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities within partner ecosystems. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Language: Fluency in English is essential, French and Spanish is advantageous
