About the role
- Serve as a sparring partner for leaders on all HR-related and organizational topics
- Support the implementation of corporate and HR strategy
- Contribute to change initiatives, organizational development and culture projects
- Manage and execute HR projects (e.g., Talent Management, Performance, Engagement)
- Take responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle — from recruiting and onboarding to offboarding
- Provide advice on compensation, benefits and employee development
- Support workforce planning, succession and talent management processes
- Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies
- Identify and implement process optimizations and digitalization measures
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner
- Solid knowledge of labor law and modern HR practices and tools
- Strong advisory skills, excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality
- High social competence, empathy and a confident presence at all levels
- Proficient in HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office
