• Edit and processes orders, order inquiries, stock checks, and price inquiries received by email, telephone, fax, or personal contact.
• Enters orders, quotations, meet comps and complaints.
• Utilizes internal systems and programs such as Salesforce.com, AS400, eDesk Platform, Microsoft Office 365 applications, and BPCS to receive and extract customer information and/or refers to catalogs and manuals to answer customer questions relative to pricing, item availability, and shipping dates.
• Process call-backs to customers or outside sales.
• Contact appropriate departments to trace and/or expedite shipments to customers.
