Lead the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Previous experience managing HR operations and/or HR team members preferred
Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
Experience supporting remote workforces preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
