About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and support the Salesforce platform to ensure data integrity and usability
- Handle user administration, customizations, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable solutions
- Provide training and support to CRM end-users
- Manage Salesforce data feeds and integrations
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 6+ months as Salesforce Administrator, with Certification
- Strong knowledge of user setup, security, profiles, roles, and permission management
- Salesforce Communities/Digital Experience Sites experience a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system/user issues
- Experience managing support tickets and data integrity audits
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Flexible, professional, detail-oriented, proactive, confident decision-maker/problem-solver
- Able to work autonomously and effectively remotely
