Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or a year or more of accounting related experience
- A knack for producing work with a high-level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills
- Financial statement understanding
- Debit and credit understanding
- Systems Knowledge, like Gusto, QuickBooks Online, Fathom, Cin7, or similar cloud-based accounting, payroll, and/or business management software
- Ability to manage time and workload in a remote environment
- Professional, kind and proactive in all client-facing communication (written and on camera)
