About the role
- Lead the seamless integration of new clients into accounting systems and workflows
- Serve as a strategic advisor and fractional CFO to clients
- Build trusted relationships and deliver expert accounting guidance
- Design scalable processes that drive client growth, compliance, and profitability
- Manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously
- Anticipate risks and implement solutions for onboarding projects
- Manage, coach, and mentor direct reports to accelerate their growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics
- 6–8 years in accounting or financial management
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proficient in financial close and cloud-based systems (QBO, Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
- Strategic, client-focused mindset with small business acumen
