About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, develop and oversee the Administrative team, ensuring deadlines are met, quality, organization and adherence to internal processes;
  • Manage and monitor the branch’s administrative routines, including documentation, contracts, controls and other operation-related tasks;
  • Monitor financial and administrative processes such as expenses, payments, invoices, accounting reconciliations and other branch controls;
  • Oversee and ensure the quality of billing, collections and documentation processes in line with the branch’s responsibilities;
  • Assist with inventory control and monitoring, contributing to balance accuracy, process organization and identification of discrepancies;
  • Work in partnership with the Commercial team, guiding and supporting administrative responsibilities and deliverables required for operations;
  • Alongside Commercial Management, track branch expenses, budget, KPIs and results;
  • Serve as an interface with corporate areas, ensuring proper information flow and resolution of requests;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics or related fields;
  • Experience in managing and developing teams;
  • Experience with administrative and financial routines and operational controls;
  • Proficiency in Excel;
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis tools;
  • Ability to analyze and monitor KPIs and results;
  • Experience with ERP systems and previous exposure to the agribusiness sector is desirable.
