About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in managing the flow of sales orders and distribution channels.
Assist with the allocation and distribution of supplies.
Perform sales-related processes such as returns, invoice cancellations, and other relevant items.
Execute internal follow-up on billing processes.
Support the preparation and provision of records, sales reports and controls related to the area.
Work in the sales department carrying out activities related to support and service for internal customers (branches), receiving and identifying issues, among other tasks.
Control product returns and cancellations, reviewing reasons and, if not in accordance with policy, forwarding for corrective action.
Prepare reports and indicators (KPIs), seeking to optimize operations and improve speed and efficiency of executed processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields
Advanced Excel
Knowledge of Power BI and SQL
