About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work in the commercial area, establishing the processes and procedures required to execute and meet the action plans defined at the strategic level.
Manage, plan, and control sales targets and policies.
Align and drive commercial strategies and market positioning with the team.
Oversee sales administration and promotion, and manage the company’s positioning in the market and region.
Monitor client activities in the field together with the commercial team.
Ensure the quality and proper execution of processes that guarantee sales quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related fields
Intermediate to advanced Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) skills
Experience managing teams
Experience in commercial roles within the agribusiness sector
