About the role
- The Category Manager plays a vital role in advancing GoGo squeeZ’s category vision
- Driving household penetration, increasing consumption, and expanding our retail footprint
- Responsible for delivering best-in-class assortment and shelving strategies
- Analyzing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending actionable strategies
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Category, and Marketing teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3–6 years of category management experience in consumer-packaged goods
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of retail dynamics
- Highly organized and resourceful
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data visualization tools
