About the role

  • Within the Group Purchasing Department, and more specifically the CAPEX/OPEX/Energies Purchasing department, you will report to the Energy Purchasing Manager, who will supervise you across all assigned tasks.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on the following Energy categories: sourcing green electricity, decarbonization projects, etc.
  • Industrial investments (production equipment, packaging equipment, utilities production equipment)
  • MRO: maintenance, spare parts, industrial consumables
  • Support CAPEX/OPEX and Energy Buyers in all departmental activities (sourcing, tenders, supplier evaluation, creation and updating of purchasing documents, updating purchasing strategies, participation in cross-functional projects, etc.)
  • Assist the Purchasing Director and/or the Group CAPEX/OPEX and Energy Buyers in the preparation and follow-up of tenders, liaising with internal clients and suppliers: you will contribute to the overall needs analysis, participate in negotiations and help draft contract award recommendations.
  • Support purchasing managers in SRM (Supplier Relationship Management)
  • Support the department in category purchasing reporting
  • Work with stakeholders to create and update purchasing reference documents (contracts, tools, methods, etc.)

Requirements

  • Engineering school level with additional training in Purchasing (e.g., MAI Master's)
  • Business school or IAE level with a strong interest in technical purchasing
  • Good level of English (international context)
  • Familiar with Word, Excel, SAP, PowerPoint, and e-sourcing software
  • Dynamic, good interpersonal skills, effective communicator, curious
  • Open-minded and versatile
