About the role
- Monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Business partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards
- Automate reporting processes (Power Query, DAX, Excel, Power Automate, SQL where applicable)
- Improve data quality and streamline finance processes
- Support continuous improvement / simplification initiatives
Requirements
- 3–7 years in Controlling / Finance Business Partnering , ideally in FMCG
- Strong knowledge of Power BI :
- Power Query
- DAX (intermediate+)
- Data modeling
- Solid Excel (advanced formulas, Power Pivot a plus)
- Experience with ERP (SAP FI/CO very common in Madrid FMCG)
- Fluent Spanish & professional English
