About the role

  • Regular reporting on purchasing price developments (monthly actuals and annual forecasts)
  • Detailed analysis of variances vs. budget / prior year / forecast
  • Monitoring performance optimization projects (productivity)
  • Provide support for ad-hoc analyses requested by management
  • Active participation in optimizing digital tools and processes (SAP, BPC, Google Cloud, with major projects upcoming)
  • Strong interaction with central buyers and subsidiaries to build forecasts and monitor productivity
  • Deliver reliable insights and relevant recommendations.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
  • 2–3 years' experience
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Rigor, organization, and reliability
  • Proactive
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement
  • Good understanding of the procurement/purchasing function
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in reporting tools
  • Proficient with office tools (Excel) and accounting/production software such as SAP.
