About the role
- Handles Cairo & Giza region by managing a sales team to maximize sales revenue.
- Communicates volume forecasts and leads execution of business plans.
- Works with Section Manager & Sales Reps to understand customer system/needs.
- Takes a proactive leadership role in selling to customers.
- Provides timely communication between field, distribution, and accounting.
- Works with counterparts at distributor to develop efficient systems.
- Manages budgets and allocations.
- Commits to 70% field work to master job activities.
- Ensures right coverage for every trade channel.
- Analyzes unit results, action plans, updates management with progress.
Requirements
- 5+ years of FMCG Sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant degree.
