About the role
- Develop and execute the brand strategy
- Analyze the market, trends, and competitors
- Identify opportunities and threats
- Formulate recommendations to improve performance
- Develop the annual brand plan
- Execute and oversee marketing campaigns
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Support the brand's innovation projects
- Analyze consumer and sales data, KPIs, and P&L
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Marketing or Communications
- 4–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience managing marketing projects
- Experience developing brand strategies
- Performance analysis
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- Experience coordinating agencies
