About the role
- Business support
- Be attentive to site-specific needs and needs arising from interactions with other group entities; work closely with business lines to provide IT tools that support the companys growth.
- Be able to challenge and validate requirements across all functional domains within scope.
- Provide a high level of business support while proactively proposing improvements, whether in processes or IT solutions.
- Prioritize projects in coordination with French business lines, including locally-decided projects and group-driven initiatives.
- Support global teams in managing cross-functional corporate solution projects, as required when the region is affected.
- Ensure close collaboration with other IT team members (Infrastructure, Data & Reporting, MDM and US functional team) when projects or operational maintenance require it.
- Prepare operational and capital budgets related to responsibilities; regularly and accurately monitor budgets and report to the IT Director France.
- Set up and lead regular meetings and follow-ups with Support teams to ensure project progress and the operational maintenance of our systems.
- Closely monitor the application maintenance (TMA) budget defined with our partner.
- Directly manage projects in SAP functional areas (Supply Chain and Finance), ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Support the business in drafting project briefs, conducting ROI analysis, validating requirements and preparing specifications.
- Participate in all project phases.
- Contribute to the creation of a roadmap with the IT Director France.
- Ensure the operational continuity of IT systems within scope. Depending on priorities and topics involved, may personally carry out tasks in this area: incident management, user support, system administration and knowledge retention.
Requirements
- Masters degree (engineering school or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years experience on SAP projects in the food industry within an IT department, in the functional areas of Supply Chain or Finance.
- Managed or participated in SAP projects, covering requirements gathering, design and deployment phases.
- Strong business knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service and/or Finance functions, enabling delivery of projects with high business value.
- Excellent verbal and written communication adapted to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a complex, fast-growing and evolving environment.
- Curiosity, autonomy, rigor, pragmatism and responsiveness.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Good level of English.
