About the role
- Drive maintenance excellence and equipment reliability by developing and implementing preventive strategies
- Manage site equipment and processes, develop tailored maintenance strategies
- Analyze breakdowns, monitor equipment performance
- Develop SOPs, train line teams, implement condition monitoring, and oversee maintenance KPIs
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree (Engineering Mechanical or Electrical field)
- 3-5 years demonstrated experience in the same field – preferably in FMCG
- Preventive Maintenance scheduling using SAP
- Equipment reliability
- Reporting & sourcing parts
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Arabic and English, French is an advance
- Data analysis tools proficiency, Power BI, Power Apps
