About the role
- Strategic planning: In collaboration with the Brand Director, define and align the overall direction and global multidisciplinary teams on the annual marketing plans
- Brand strategy: Own and lead the global strategic positioning of the brand
- Product development and innovation: Define the innovation and renovation strategy
- Media & activations: Manage annual marketing plans with content tailored to priority target audiences
- Portfolio, RGM and P&L: Manage the brand portfolio and ensure the brand delivers on P&L targets
- Collaboration and team management: Work closely with cross-functional departments to create value
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Marketing focus (preferred)
- 10 years of experience in brand/product management, preferably in the food industry
- Strong command of the full media mix
- Experience managing multiple integrated campaigns across channels (social, digital, TV, out-of-home, influencer, e-commerce, retail media, etc.)
- Bilingual in French and English
