About the role
- Assist operators in implementing new practices and methods to optimize their work processes (operation and monitoring of equipment and controls)
- Participate in analyzing production processes to propose improvements aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs (material losses, packaging, etc.)
- Assist in updating production documentation, such as technical data sheets, procedures and production reports
- Participate in and/or lead improvement and optimization projects
- Collect and analyze production data to identify trends or anomalies
- Take part in projects that may be related to packaging or manufacturing workshops
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an engineering degree with a specialization in food science/technology or a Master’s degree (SAPIAA)
- Autonomous
- Analytical mindset
- Hands-on / field-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
