About the role
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of an autonomous production unit
- Ensure the operational condition of production equipment
- Manage the maintenance technicians team (< 10 people)
- Ensure compliance with rules and best practices regarding safety, food safety, hygiene, quality and the environment
- Define monitoring indicators and lead the visual performance management of the workshop
- Organize and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance operations for equipment
- Propose and implement action plans to optimize equipment reliability and technical improvements
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical or Electromechanical (Bac+2/3 - e.g., BTS, Professional Bachelor's)
- At least 3 years' proven experience in a similar role
- Experience managing a technical team within a process industry
- Knowledge of various technologies (mechanical, automation and control, pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity, axis drives)
