About the role
- Support the Area Sales Manager in the in-store operational implementation of action plans
- Apply Bel’s commercial policy through sales activities
- Manage a predefined portfolio of points of sale (mainly supermarkets)
- Perform sales promoter duties approximately 70% of the time
- Be responsible for a territory of 73 stores
- Provide support to an Area Sales Manager on 50 stores
- Independently manage a portfolio of 23 stores
- Ensure visibility of Bel products on the shelves
- Manage and participate in product resets and merchandising installations
- Ensure Bel products remain in stock (prevent stock-outs)
- Execute promotional operations negotiated by the Area Sales Manager
Requirements
- Minimum commercial education: vocational baccalaureate (Bac Pro) or equivalent
- Initial operational experience as a Sales Promoter in grocery retail (GMS)
- Significant experience in a hypermarket/supermarket as a shelf employee or store clerk
- Good interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early morning starts
- Position requires a certain level of physical activity
