About the role
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with plants, ensuring compliance with GEO targets
- Establish a business-partner relationship with contacts at industrial sites, notably plant controllers
- Participate in plant budgeting and budget control together with Plant Controllers
- Monitor and control raw material and packaging material price variances
- Support estimate exercises for raw material and packaging material prices
- Produce and distribute reliable and relevant consolidated monthly and annual reports
- Make recommendations to challenge and improve the financial performance of the plants, ensuring alignment with global targets
- Provide the manager with accurate and reliable information to manage the plants and make pertinent recommendations.
Requirements
- Up to 3 years since graduation
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Rigorous, organized and reliable
- Proactive
- Appetite for continuous improvement
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of reporting tools
- Proficient with office automation tools (Excel) and SAP accounting and production software.
