About the role

  • Lead major transformation initiatives from scoping to execution, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise priorities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to build the case for change, define the target operating model, and design the high-level roadmap and governance
  • Develop and implement comprehensive finance transformation strategies aligned with the company’s vision and mission
  • Drive communication plans to engage and inspire employees at all levels, ensuring buy-in and commitment to change initiatives
  • Monitor and measure the impact of transformation efforts, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership
  • Coach, mentor, and empower teams to embrace change, navigate challenges, and capitalize on new opportunities
  • Establish and maintain effective change management processes and tools to support successful finance transformations in coordination with our Change Management Center of Excellence
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance change management capabilities across the organization
  • Drive effective decision-making by facilitating trade-offs, scenario analysis, and problem solving with stakeholders
  • Facilitate the integration of AI use cases into transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business needs and value creation

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading complex organizational transformation projects (in corporate environments or consulting firms) with finance departments — 10+ years of experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire others
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • In-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute transformation strategies
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in navigating organizational change
  • Relevant certification in change management or organizational development is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
  • Experience in corporate finance and familiarity with SAP are advantages to accelerate onboarding and support topic management
