About the role
- Contribute to the operational maintenance of the Microsoft 365 platform
- Help draft, monitor, and evolve the team's roadmap
- Identify trends resulting from technological developments and design improvement plans
- Actively monitor the Microsoft 365 ecosystem for technological advancements
- Analyze user practices to propose governance solutions and cost-optimization strategies
- Assist in managing the partnership with Microsoft and participate in early access programs
- Communicate effectively in both French and English, orally and in writing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in IT or equivalent
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment
- Relevant experience in a similar role (internship, apprenticeship, or employment)
- Curiosity, versatility, attention to detail, autonomy, and initiative
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in professional English
