About the role
- Responsible for maintaining and developing Bel’s continuous improvement approach
- Facilitating the BMM (Bel Manufacturing Model) to improve SMQCDE performance
- Participates in defining the site’s strategic roadmap and identifying improvement projects
- Deploys the continuous improvement policy across the site
- Ensures consistency of SMQCDE KPIs on managed projects
- Leads initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability
- Provides expertise through mastery of specific tools
Requirements
- Significant experience (3 to 5 years) in production, maintenance, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, organization, and associated flows
- Experience facilitating continuous improvement processes, workshops, and training sessions
- Knowledge of standardization and improvement tools and methodologies (5S, TPM, VSM, LEAN, KAIZEN, WCM, Best-in-Class, etc.)
- Proficiency in project management methodology
- Strong experience with dashboards, KPIs, and visual management
- Fluent in English
