About the role

  • Manage the external recruitment process: drafting and publishing job ads, pre-screening and interviews, onboarding of new hires.
  • Support managers in identifying staffing needs and in monitoring career development and internal mobility of production/shop-floor employees.
  • Coordinate personnel administration activities related to recruitment and internal changes (contracts, personnel files, probation period follow-up, amendments, etc.).
  • Contribute to employee relations by coordinating the network of Local Representatives and the Works Council (CSE) committees.
  • Monitor HR metrics (recruitment reporting, mobility, onboarding).
  • Participate in various HR projects related to workforce changes and support for factory staff.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (M1/M2) in Human Resources.
  • Experience in recruitment and personnel management within an industrial environment.
  • Strong listening skills, rigor, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent command of computer tools (office applications and HRIS) and solid HR legal knowledge.
