About the role
- Contribute to the effective organization of the maintenance department in support of the Maintenance Manager
- Participate in onboarding and upskilling of technicians
- Communicate instructions and ensure their correct application in the field
- Propose internal talent identification and development opportunities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and working condition standards
- Promote a positive working environment within the maintenance teams
- Contribute to the factory’s continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the implementation of the preventive maintenance strategy defined by the Maintenance Manager
- Help reduce equipment failures and production losses
- Monitor and ensure proper execution of maintenance interventions
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics or Industrial Engineering
- 4 to 5 years of professional experience in an industrial environment, in maintenance or technical operations
- Strong command of industrial maintenance techniques: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automation
- Knowledge of organizational methods (maintenance methods, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems - CMMS)
- Ability to plan, monitor and report on technical interventions
- Proficiency with SAP PM
- Solid knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Power BI, Power Apps, etc.)
- Ability to set up maintenance KPI/OPI dashboards
- Good written and spoken French. English is a plus.
