About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Guide, coach, and support Agile teams in delivering high-value products
Serve as a servant-leader, ensuring Agile principles and practices are understood and applied
Remove impediments to team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and practices
Encourage self-organization and accountability within the team
Protect the team from external distractions to maintain focus on priorities
Ensure commitments are delivered with transparency and predictability
Track and analyze key Agile metrics to drive improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles
Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to foster collaboration and build trust across diverse stakeholders
