Internal Sales Representative, Customer Support – Automotive

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You coordinate and manage our deal pipeline in HubSpot
- You support scheduling, preparation and coordination of customer appointments (online & by phone)
- You prepare sales materials and presentations (templates provided)
- You ensure smooth back-office operations – from CRM maintenance to preparing quotes
- You administratively manage our existing customers and assist with onboarding and inquiries
- You work closely with management, support and the product team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some experience in inside sales, customer service or a commercial/administrative role
- You enjoy organizing and keeping appointments and processes on track
- Confident use of digital tools (e.g., email, Excel; ideally a CRM such as HubSpot)
- Friendly, structured and reliable working style
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- No technical expertise required – we provide thorough onboarding
