Bookkeeper

• Management of SEPA mandates and preparation of direct debit collections
• Creation and setup of invoices and recurring invoices
• Reconciling payments and maintaining payer lists
• Review, allocation, and preparation of supporting documents (bank statements, credit card statements)
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
• Preparation of the monthly closing (all documents submitted by the 10th of the following month)
• Close collaboration with our tax advisor
• Evaluation and implementation of new tools (e.g., DATEV)
