About the role
- Work closely with the Creative Marketing team to develop impactful visual content for a variety of projects.
- Retouch and crop photos, and design layouts tailored to multiple platforms and formats.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the brand and the ability to adapt and enhance Behaviour's visual identity (DBD-specific) across all creative assets.
- Produce original content that adheres to established creative guidelines.
- Present and communicate creative ideas and concepts effectively to internal Behaviour teams.
Requirements
- Ability to develop concepts based on key visual elements.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite;
- Deep understanding of the creative process in graphic, digital, and print design;
- Excellent knowledge of typography, color components, and layout;
- A passion for concept art, illustration, or 3D is considered an asset.
