As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, guiding a team of ABA Therapists, and ensuring the highest quality of care for your clients. In this role, you will also mentor and train therapists, collaborate with clinical supervisors, and be part of a supportive team that values your expertise as a BCBA. Requirements
- BCBA certification given by the BACB (NJ)
- New Jersey State License
