About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities through evaluations and reassessments
Develop, monitor, and update individualized speech and language treatment plans
Provide direct therapy targeting speech, language, and social communication goals
Collaborate with and train parents and caregivers to support treatment goals
Partner with BCBAs and clinical staff to ensure cohesive interdisciplinary care
Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting in the electronic health record system
Participate in team meetings, mentorship opportunities, and professional development
Report directly to the Clinical Director

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
Active state SLP licensure
ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience working with children with ASD (preferred)
Familiarity with ABA-based or interdisciplinary treatment environments (preferred)
Experience providing parent coaching and caregiver education (preferred)
Monday to Friday availability
Full-time or part-time availability
