About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities through evaluations and reassessments
- Develop, monitor, and update individualized speech and language treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy targeting speech, language, and social communication goals
- Collaborate with and train parents and caregivers to support treatment goals
- Partner with BCBAs and clinical staff to ensure cohesive interdisciplinary care
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting in the electronic health record system
- Participate in team meetings, mentorship opportunities, and professional development
- Report directly to the Clinical Director
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Active state SLP licensure
- ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working with children with ASD (preferred)
- Familiarity with ABA-based or interdisciplinary treatment environments (preferred)
- Experience providing parent coaching and caregiver education (preferred)
- Monday to Friday availability
- Full-time or part-time availability
