About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the clinical side of care - developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans
Mentor behavior technicians and case supervisors
Guide families through meaningful progress
Partner closely with the Clinical Director while helping shape high-quality, compassionate services for every client
Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress
Provide parent coaching and support
Maintain quality documentation and reports
Mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions
Stay current with research and share best practices with the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred)
Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans (preferred)
Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor (preferred)
