About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the clinical side of care - developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
  • BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
  • 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred)
  • Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans (preferred)
  • Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor (preferred)
