About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred)
Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans (preferred)
Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor (preferred)
