As a key member of our Clinical Admissions team, the Lead Clinical Admissions Therapist plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every patient and family member feels supported throughout the admissions process. Oversee the facilitation of admissions for at-risk youth, guiding them through their journey toward personalized care. Act as the first point of contact for potential patients and help build rapport with families, assess clinical needs, and ensure a seamless, compassionate admissions experience. Support a team of Clinical Admissions Therapists and Associates, providing leadership, supervision, and guidance to enhance team performance and clinical excellence. Meet performance metrics related to admission rates, patient satisfaction, and time-to-admission. Ensure the team adheres to strict documentation and compliance standards, driving continuous improvement across the department.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in behavioral health admissions Independent licensure in a mental health discipline (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, etc.) Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral health field Experience working with children, adolescent, and adult populations preferred Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage operational details in a fluid environment Proven ability to motivate, lead, and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the team and patients. Must be able to work in the evenings until 6pm MT and weekends as needed to accommodate event programming. Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software—Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Salesforce–in addition to EMR and survey software on a daily basis. This position is not available for candidates with residency in CA, NY and CO at this time.
