Director

• Direct clinical care: 21 hours expected delivered (23 hours available to book patients) to allow them time to interview, hire, and then train new PHMNPs
• With each new direct report, they would reduce their expected delivered hours by 1 hour
• Manage Direct Reports - up to 5 PMHNPs (gradually adding in) to improve Psychiatry’s capacity for patient care - 1 hour / week / direct report made available to meet with / review KPIs of their direct reports
• Administration: attend weekly meetings: Psychiatry Operations (30 minutes), Treatment Team (1 hour), monthly inter-departmental meetings (30 minutes), and initiate/oversee Policies and Procedures for PHMNPs

Director of Advanced Practice Psychiatry

Learning and Development

• Support and execute training and onboarding plans and solutions for the national Admissions team to ensure timely, thorough, and consistent onboarding of new hires
• Lead engaging, high-impact virtual training sessions for new hires across the Care Delivery Department, including Admissions, Care Experience, and Clinical Admissions
• Design, implement, and continuously refine asynchronous onboarding materials (e.g., e-learning modules, job aids, knowledge bases)
• Strategically evaluate and improve onboarding programs through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to ensure onboarding content reflects current best practices and business needs
• Maintain and enhance onboarding documentation, including training manuals and internal resources
• Support long-term learning initiatives by identifying skill gaps and contributing to ongoing training programs for existing team members
• Work closely with the Senior Director of Admissions and Admissions Manager team; report to the Senior Director of Admissions
• Act as a Salesforce super user, providing training, support, and consultation for new and tenured teammates
• Support conducting training for other internal departments on the roles and needs of the admissions team to ensure cross-functional success
• Contribute to the development of a high-performing, mission-aligned team capable of rapidly and effectively connecting clients to care

Learning and Development Associate

Administration

• Support clinical team with scheduling & attendance, data collection, technology issues, and project based tasks to maintain clinical efficiency and client care.
• Manages all scheduling for Charlie Health clinicians, clients, and families
• Facilitates clients’ virtual entry during treatment sessions to turn on camera and remain engaged in group
• Monitors group attendance and helps to contact any absent clients
• Track and monitor alumni group
• Documents group attendance in appropriate spreadsheet on all days and times of treatment
• Effectively communicates absences, technological difficulties, or clinical concerns with relevant team members, clients, and families
• Updates attendance and billing spreadsheet each night accurately and on time
• Provides clients and families with calendar invitations and text reminders to treatment sessions
• Manages reminder alerts through appropriate software
• Track all expiring surveys, add to spreadsheets to ensure surveys are given to each patient on time

Oversee the facilitation of admissions for at-risk youth, guiding them through their journey toward personalized care.
Act as the first point of contact for potential patients and help build rapport with families, assess clinical needs, and ensure a seamless, compassionate admissions experience.
Support a team of Clinical Admissions Therapists and Associates, providing leadership, supervision, and guidance to enhance team performance and clinical excellence.
Meet performance metrics related to admission rates, patient satisfaction, and time-to-admission.
Ensure the team adheres to strict documentation and compliance standards, driving continuous improvement across the department.
