About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead cross-functional project teams in designing and developing high-quality client deliverables
Provide strategic advice on project direction, resource management, and timelines
Perform key data analytics tasks supporting internal teams and clients
Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, approach, and development strategies
Analyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights
Communicate results to internal and external teams
Independently manage projects, client communications, meetings, and timelines as a primary point of contact
Develop and optimize data processes, using coding as needed for efficient data handling and reporting
Coordinate with global and diverse teams for seamless project execution
Participate in business development and internal firm initiatives
Mentor and guide junior team members and oversee their professional development
Provide thought leadership and guide internal stakeholders toward project success in pharmaceutical and life sciences commercial projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
Good understanding of pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with advanced expertise in Excel
Knowledge of coding languages such as SAS, Python, R, or VBA
Experience with Tableau or Power BI highly preferred
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with proven complex problem-solving ability
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated organizational, time management, and project management skills
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to collaborate, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with pharmaceutical-sector data analytics best practices
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
