Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 2+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Experience with one or more additional UI-based ETL tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Alteryx, Informatica, SnapLogic, Boomi, Prophecy), preferred.
Experience with relational database technologies, such as Databricks, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint), advanced expertise in Excel.
Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., Python, PySpark, SAS, VBA, etc.) and experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
Experience with Claude Code or ChatGPT Codex is preferred.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, proven ability to solve complex problems.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated organizational, time management, and project management skills, ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong ability to collaborate, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with industry best practices in data analytics within the pharmaceutical sector.
